Weaknesses
Limited Application of Primal Cologne
- Mistletoe’s abilities are only activated when he applies the Primal Cologne to his body. Its effect lasts for around 24 hours. Constant re-application of the cologne within a short period of time can be fatal.
- The effects of his abilities are not permanent for his victims but can last for hours to weeks to years, depending on the level of exposure.
Ineffective to non-living things
- Mistletoe’s Pheromones abilities are not effective against non-living things such as drones. Strong-willed victims will take longer to fall under his abilities and can recover much quicker.

Oscar Ramzan is of average height and has a well-toned physique. The man has dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He keeps a heavy stubble that gives the youthful-looking man a more mature look. Slightly more muscular than the average twink, Oscar’s body and limbs are covered in a fuzzy coat of hair.
As Mistletoe, the villain is dressed festively in red and green. He wears a short-sleeved shirt and knee-length tights. A bright yellow belt buckle fastened across his slender waist. A leafy-shaped mask hides his identity giving the mysterious villain his name, Mistletoe.
Personality
Oscar is a mild-mannered and introverted man. As a lowly salaryman, he often lowers his head at the workplace, submissive to his demanding boss and higher-ups. Oscar has a tendency to appear frantic and unassertive.
Not a sociable and outgoing person, Oscar doesn’t make many friends, and those rare few often took advantage of his kindness. However, while things can get a little dull and lonely, Oscar often feels at peace in his own space.
In his spare time, Oscar reads superhero comic books and indulges in marathons of superhero movies. Being a geek for all things superheroes, Oscar often lurked around the internet forums and even got to the point of managing an online superfan club. His favorite heroes were Captain Solar, Jaguar, True Blue, Phantom, and the list goes on.
As Mistletoe, the villain appears to be a self-centered and confident villain with an aura of lustful desire. The villain carries himself differently, much more flamboyant and poised than his alter ego. Mistletoe also appears to be cruel and loves to torture and humiliate his victims.
Origins
Years of grueling audit work had sucked the soul of the once-eager and bright young man. Long hours at the office and impossible demands from his bosses had cost the man his circle of friends and his joys in life. Alone and exhausted, the depressed man turned to the internet to look for his source of happiness.
In his exploration, Oscar managed to rediscover his childhood love with superheroes. It was not just the heroic poses nor the fantastic feats that drew him in. Oscar’s eyes scanned the countless photos on the internet, drooling over the tight body-fitting costumes, the muscular and perfect superhero body, and their significant and suggestive budges. Oscar was a typical gay fanboy, lusting over his favorite heroes. Without realizing it, his obsession stemmed from the deep and undiscovered desire to emasculate those heroes.
One evening, when he was stalking the internet for more photos and details of superheroes, he received an anonymous message in his email inbox.
Under an erotic image banner of superheroes in various sexual positions, the message read: “How would you like to have your own superhero?”
His eyes widened in lust. There was a “Yes” and “No” button just below the message. Thinking that it was some kind of gay superhero game, he went for it.
With a flash of blinding light, a small black chest appeared before him. Bewildered, Oscar cautiously lifted the lid to find an elegantly decorated bottle of cologne. On the glass was an engraving in a calligraphy font – “Primal Cologne”.
