Every word and action comes from Delgado’s firm belief that he is above everyone else. To him, intelligence is what defines a person’s worth—and most people simply don’t measure up. He doesn’t just ignore those he sees as inferior; he studies them like failed experiments.

Delgado strongly believes that Rustmorians are a superior class of humans. In his eyes, others—especially Kantians—are naturally and culturally inferior.

Unlike the cold, distant scientist people might expect, Delgado is expressive, dramatic, and sometimes even playful. He loves to talk, often launching into long speeches about his ideas, his achievements, or others’ flaws. He enjoys having an audience—even if they are tied down, terrified, or completely at his mercy.

Disturbingly, Delgado also takes pleasure in his work. To him, experiments are not just scientific—they’re entertaining. He toys with his subjects, talks to them, tests their reactions, and may even laugh at their resistance before slowly breaking them down.

However, Delgado can be easily annoyed by what he sees as stupidity, defiance, or unpredictability. When someone fails to meet his expectations or disrupts his plans, his mood can shift instantly. What starts as calm curiosity can quickly turn into precise and cruel punishment.
