Abilities (Level)
Master Biotechnologist & Augmentation Architect (A)
- Delgado can design, alter, and weaponize human biology with terrifying precision—creating enhancements, suppressions, and mutations tailored to each subject.
Hybrid Command Network (B)
- Delgado maintains control over his failed experimental hybrids—twisted human/monster constructs bound to him through neural conditioning, chemical dependency, or implanted control devices.
These hybrids act as both his army and his living data points.
Weaknesses
Overreliance on Control
- His confidence depends on maintaining control of environments, subjects, and outcomes. If his hybrids are disrupted or freed, he loses leverage. Unexpected chaos or emotional defiance can destabilize his plans.

Appearance
Dr. Emilio Delgado has a sharply defined face that seems untouched by time, lending him an ageless quality that feels unnatural rather than youthful. Silver-streaked black hair is always immaculately slicked back, framing intense, cold eyes hidden behind thin-rimmed glasses.
He wears tailored white lab coats and has a lean, refined build of 6 ft. He carries himself perfectly upright, shoulders relaxed but precise, as though every muscle is under conscious control. His frame is long and efficient, with narrow shoulders and a tapered waist, giving him a silhouette.
Personality
Every word and action comes from Delgado’s firm belief that he is above everyone else. To him, intelligence is what defines a person’s worth—and most people simply don’t measure up. He doesn’t just ignore those he sees as inferior; he studies them like failed experiments.
Delgado strongly believes that Rustmorians are a superior class of humans. In his eyes, others—especially Kantians—are naturally and culturally inferior.
Unlike the cold, distant scientist people might expect, Delgado is expressive, dramatic, and sometimes even playful. He loves to talk, often launching into long speeches about his ideas, his achievements, or others’ flaws. He enjoys having an audience—even if they are tied down, terrified, or completely at his mercy.
Disturbingly, Delgado also takes pleasure in his work. To him, experiments are not just scientific—they’re entertaining. He toys with his subjects, talks to them, tests their reactions, and may even laugh at their resistance before slowly breaking them down.
However, Delgado can be easily annoyed by what he sees as stupidity, defiance, or unpredictability. When someone fails to meet his expectations or disrupts his plans, his mood can shift instantly. What starts as calm curiosity can quickly turn into precise and cruel punishment.
Origins
Once a revered scientist under King Mikhail, Dr. Delgado stood at the forefront of Rustmore’s most ambitious research initiatives. His work focused on pushing the boundaries of human capability, initially in the service of strengthening the kingdom, but gradually straying into ethically forbidden territory.
When King Mikhail fell, Delgado did not. He disappeared.
Retreating into the underground networks of Rustmore, he took with him years of classified research, vanishing before justice or retribution could reach him. In the shadows, his work evolved unchecked. No oversight. No restraint. Only progress.
It was there that his ideology crystallized. Humanity would never ascend unless it was forcibly reshaped.
Now, Delgado operates as a ghost within the city’s underbelly, conducting experiments that blur the line between human and construct, mind and weapon. His current fixation lies in a rare phenomenon that happened 10 years ago with his first two super-human transformation subjects – Thomas Maverick and Alexsandr Asimov.
To Delgado, their success is not pure luck. It is replicable. Scalable. Weaponizable.
And he intends to prove it.
Stories with Dr. Delgado
[Exclusive Access] SS21: Brothers No Longer – Part 4
The machines hummed without pause. Maverick and Alexsandr’s bodies had changed—stronger in ways they didn’t understand, minds fraying at the edges. Would their bodies survive the last evolution… or would their minds shatter into obedient cum-factories forever?
[Exclusive Access] SS21: Brothers No Longer – Part 3
Restraints snapped tight, pinning Maverick and Alexsandr to cold metal. Lights flared overhead, exposing them completely as they could only wait to see their worst nightmare emerge from the shadows.
[Exclusive Access] SS21: Brothers No Longer – Part 2
Lt. Maverick and IceBreaker managed to track down Dr. Delgado through Rustmore’s shadows. But as the blast door opened and Delgado’s cruel voice greeted them, a quiet fear rose. Had they come to end him… or to finish what he started?

I wish the doctor great success in his experiments! The biology of subjects like Chariot and Elastic Man are bound to be interesting to him, no doubt…
