Appearance
Kai is a young Pacfician man of average height with a lean, muscular physique. He has medium-length jet-black hair, dark brown eyes, and a pale complexion. His most attractive feature is his innocent sunshine smile that melts the hearts of many. His delicate but handsome Pacifician features draw a lot of attention in the city, and the young hero often receives fan mail from fans of both genders.
With a toned athletic body, the young hunk has a nice swimmer chest and a defined set of abs. From the back view, his toned lats spanned across his broad back and tapered down to his trimmed waist, showing off his V-shaped figure and ending with his ample bubble butt.
In his daily wear, Kai usually dons a white fleece jacket over his blue t-shirt with a water droplet necklace and a pair of jeans.
As Flux, his sleeveless suit is white-blue. The suit provided his toned muscular arms with a free range of motion to manipulate his elemental powers. On his belt, he carries two small flasks of water at the back that he can readily use for combat. A white domino mask hides his identity.
Personality
Kai usually portrays himself as a kind, generous, and polite young man. He shows great concern for the people around him and tends to be very self-sacrificing, often willing to take on devastating blows for the sake of others; this trait has angered several of his comrades and friends.
The young Water Hero is usually unassuming and borderline naive when dealing with villains. Kai believes in the intrinsic good that lies in all being and considers villains to be just people that stray off the path of good. However, his closest comrade believes he is too idealistic for his own good.
Origins
Since young, Kai has been a trained competitive swimmer who dreams of being a world-class pro athlete. His affinity with water led him to be obsessed with swimming. Once when he was just 10 years old, he woke up his parents in the wee hours of the morning because he wanted to swim. Recognizing his passion for the sport, his parents gave him their support, telling him that if he wanted to choose swimming as his career, he had better be serious about it and give it his 100%.
Combining painstaking training and innate talent, Kai quickly became one of the top athletes to look out for. His first breakthrough came when he qualified for the International Games to represent his nation. However, it was then that his elemental powers manifested.
As the Games prohibited athletes with superhuman abilities, his dream was crushed. Unable to pursue his swimming career anymore, the wide-eyed dreamer continued to stay positive. Chancing upon a hero recruitment poster, Kai took it as a calling and decided to embark on his next adventure into the realms of the Supes.
