I can imagine Clef, not only being a casino boss, but also controlling and corrupting ordinary people. politicians, judges and police as well. I can imagine a hero being “gaslit” to believing that he is an actual bad guy by people hired by Clef and subliminal music. Afterwards being thrown in prison for helping Sugarloaf or some other baddie. Only to end up being “saved” by Clef.
Having true “bad” endings or demise with no chances for saving for some of the main Kant characters in the team might be good to forward the plot and risk involved. Like Sirocco [Eaten and soul trapped], Riptide [Statue], Asterion [monster baby generator], Team Valor [Dumb Cum Cows].

The tension between Sugarloaf and Clef was so thick you could cut it with a knife! Something tells me things might not end well between them.
Besides, designing custom milking machines for each hero… Sugarloaf is going crazy with power!
Now that we know about those milking machines waiting for the heroes, I can’t wait to see them in action.
