Equipment:
Dragon’s Fate (S)
- A mysterious watch with a dragon face that grants its user green eyes when its powers are used. This artifact is the source of Medusa’s time manipulation abilities.
Time Manipulation (S)
- Medusa can manipulate the time of another being. He can freeze and reverse time and even create time loops on living targets.
Perpetual Time Loops (S)
- Like a circling dragon flying endlessly – Medusa can create perpetual time loops that replay specific moments repeatedly. Once created, it can only be dispelled by the user. These loops can be applied to sensations, emotions, or physical experiences.
Chrono-Gaze (A)
- Medusa’s primary method of applying his time powers. By making initial eye contact with his target, he can freeze them in place, making them appear as though turned to stone while remaining conscious.
Weaknesses
Eye Contact Requirement
- Medusa has to make eye contact with his living targets to start manipulating their time. His abilities do not affect objects.
Limited Burst Usage
- While once cast, Medusa’s time manipulation can last indefinitely, he cannot continuously activate his powers for a short period. Given his current proficiency, he cannot manipulate multiple targets simultaneously.
Physical Vulnerability
- Without his time manipulation active, Medusa is physically just a regular human with no enhanced strength or durability. He relies entirely on his artifact and cunning to protect himself.

Appearance
Shi Long is a muscular young man with short brown curls. He has dark brown eyes and a chiseled jawline. Years of moving and sculpting marble and other heavy rocks showed in his thick arms, muscular pecs, and abs.
When he puts on Dragon’s Fate, a mysterious watch with a dragon face, Shi Long takes on his villainous alias – Medusa. He wears a white beret, a tight-fitting cream-colored shirt, and green overalls. Using the powers of Dragon’s Fate, his dark brown eyes will turn jade green. His Time Manipulation powers will affect anyone staring into his alluring gaze.
Personality
Since young, Shi Long has been a selfish, self-centered, and self-absorbed individual. He will do anything as long as it makes him happy, no matter how immoral it might be. Some of his worst crimes even gave him a deep sense of sexual gratification.
An artistic person himself, Shi Long’s insatiable desire to create artistic masterpieces fueled his sadomasochistic desires.
Shi Long, who normally appears calm and composed to most people, can become quickly excited when he meets exceptionally beautiful people. The thrill of acquiring some unlucky souls to create timeless masterpieces is almost an orgasmic experience for him. That is why he goes out of his way to find new “inspirations” to experiment with. Shi Long takes pleasure in freezing them in their despair with his powers and repeatedly capturing or replaying the moments when they finally snap.
Origins
The House of Shi was renowned for its outstanding skills in sculpturing. Shi Long’s father was a royal sculptor of Sea Dragon Palace, the capital of the Pacific Water Continent. Given his responsibilities, he was never home for Shi Long and his twin sister, Shi Feng.
Having lost their mother since birth, Shi Long and Shi Feng grew up in a household with servants. Shi Feng was an energetic and kind person but a clumsy one too. Whereas Shi Long doesn’t talk much to his sister or anyone else, being a solitude at heart.
When he was a child, Shi Long showed a keen interest in his family’s work and everything beautiful about the world. He would sneak into his father’s work shed and use the old chisel set to strike away at scraps of marble that littered the workspace. His talent clearly showed in his early works, but Shi Long felt something was missing – an essence of life itself.
So, he started catching small field mice near the house, coating their bodies in wet cement, and laying them out to dry. Using the cemented mice for inspiration, he refined the details in his sculpturing work. Over time, his obsession grew. From field mice to crows to dogs, Shi Long soon amassed a collection of lifelike statues around the house. Residents and travelers sang praises of his masterpieces, and words spread wide and quickly to even his father back in the Sea Dragon Palace.
His father heard that his son’s elegant and ethereal-like statues were so life-like it was almost as though the animals were frozen in time, earning the young sculptor an alias – Medusa.
One day, the father received word that his daughter Shi Feng had gone missing. Rushing back home, he found countless masterpieces of his kind and beautiful girl displayed around town. Each piece of his daughter was in a typical pose – picking flowers, looking out the window, reading a book.
Despite how different each pose was, the masterpiece had a strange commonality. Their eyes showed signs of desperation, a cry for help. The locals assured Shi Long’s father that the young man was worried about his sister and that these pieces were a public request to look for the beautiful Shi Feng.
But no matter where they looked, they could not find the young lady.
No one knows where she disappeared to…
