When in direct contact, all his fire abilities will be drawn into the metal, essentially nullifying the hero’s power and rendering him like any normal human. To avoid this, the hero must avoid any physical contact with the metal.

Appearance

Brandon is a tall, muscular man. He keeps a short buzz cut with a neatly trimmed shadow. His body is built like an Adonis statue, smooth and shredded muscles rippled over his perfect physique. His chest is stacked with mounts of pure muscle, with a set of dark brown nipples. Right below sits a set of washboard abs that would give any woman or man their wettest dream. A pair of solid muscular arms, lined with the fire hero’s hot pulsing veins, complete the man’s form.

Despite his manly stature, the hero has an exotic mix of boyish good looks. His gentle facial features strike the hearts of many. His kind eyes and soft lips give one a sense of serenity, peace, and calm.

As Ember Man, his costume consists of a crimson-red fireproof spandex-like sleeveless suit that gives his muscular arms a free range of motion. Black highlights streamed across his chest, upper torso, arms, and, most prominently, his shoulder. His choice of footwear is a set of black boots. Completing his look, he dons a classic crimson domino mask that exudes his fiery confidence.

Personality

His peers describe him as a prideful and ambitious man. Ember Man is depicted as a confident, reliable, and imposing superhero.

He is very perceptive and intuitive, quickly realizing the situation for what it is. However, having a sensitive and impulsive personality, his emotions tend to get the better of him in heated situations. His mentor has always advised him that having the ability to manipulate fire is not being the fire itself. As a result, Ember Man has to constantly keep his emotions in check.

As a potential new leader for the Top Five, he is committed to teamwork and always places teammates’ well-being above his missions.

Origins

Brendon was abandoned as a baby since young. Found at a safe haven of a fire station, baby Brendon was wrapped in a charred swaddle. His superpowers manifested just when he was a couple of days old, leading to his parents’ decision to surrender him.

One of the fire wardens took an interest in the baby and decided to foster him. Little did he know the little arsonist set fires on countless occasions. Eventually, Brendon’s foster parents could not handle the super-powered toddler and handed him off to the Cindra Alliance.

Growing up in a superhero environment, being a superhero was almost expected of him. In his early teens, he met a mentor that taught him how to control and use his fire abilities safely and responsibly. He quickly grew attached to his mentor and saw him as the father that he never had. He worked hard and diligently to make his mentor proud. Quickly, the fire hero rises through the ranks.

At the early age of 25, he was the youngest Supes to make it into the Top Five. Ambitious as always, he hopes to one day take over True Blue as the symbol of heroism.
